Technical features:
A special shaped spiral rod is installed on the rod roller. During the rotation of the rod roller, the spiral rod causes the impurity containing seed cotton to be subjected to two forces: a downward striking force and a forward pushing force. The seed cotton advances forward while striking, and is discharged through the discharge port. The impurities removed are discharged through the impurity removal net under the action of centrifugal force and gravity, The impurities that fall into the impurity removal chamber are driven by the impurity removal spiral dragon and discharged through the impurity removal port. It can effectively clean cotton leaves, dust, sand, and some bell shells and cotton stems. Due to the low linear speed of the rod roller and its spiral advancement, the impact on the material is relatively small, and heavy and special impurities will not block after entering, resulting in no cotton seed crushing. The large amount of ash residue in the seed cotton is cleaned up in the first time, which can reduce the wear and tear of the pipeline and other equipment during the subsequent transportation and cleaning process of the seed cotton, reduce the processing pressure of the subsequent equipment, reduce dust in the workshop, reduce pollution discharge, and improve the production environment of the ginning workers. The entire machine is enclosed and has no impact on environmental cleanliness.
